What we call addiction? (Anabel)

An addiction is a physical illness and psycho, according to World Health Organization. In the traditional sense is a dependence on a substance, activity or relationship (codependency). Is represented by the desires that consume the thoughts and behaviors (withdrawal) of the addict, and they act on those activities designed to get the feel or desired effect or to engage in the desired activity (addictive behaviors). Unlike simple habits or influences consumerism, addiction is a "dependencies " which leads to serious consequences in real life will deteriorate, adversely affect and destroy relationships, health (physical and mental), plus the ability to function effectively.

It is now accepted as an addiction, any activity that the person is not able to control, that will lead to compulsive behavior and impair their quality of life, such as can be, sex addiction, gambling (gambling)
